A weight loss plan you will still be following next Diwali

Anyone can make you lose 5 kg in a month. Our job is making sure it stays off through festivals, weddings, travel, and stressful quarters at work.

Understanding it

The problem was never your willpower. It was the plan.

If you have lost weight before and gained it back, you already know the pattern: an extreme plan, early results, a wedding or a deadline, and the slow slide back. The failure is built into the design. Plans that ban your daily foods, ignore your festivals, and offer no support between appointments are designed for the first month, not for your life.

We build the opposite: a modest, sustainable structure using your own kitchen, protein doing the heavy lifting on hunger, planned flexibility for eating out, and a follow-up every single day so a bad day never becomes a bad month.

Is this you?

This guide is for you if

You have lost weight before and watched it return with interest
Your weight is starting to show up in your reports: sugar, lipids, or liver
You want a plan that survives weddings, festivals, and work stress
What we track

Progress you can see in your reports

Weight trend over weeks, not daily fluctuations that mean nothing
Waist, often a better progress marker than the scale
Hunger and energy patterns, the early warning system of any plan
How the plan holds up on your hardest days, which is where results are decided
Lab markers where weight connects to sugar, lipids, or liver
What changes on your plate

A modest deficit, protein first, and room for real life

A calorie structure mild enough to sustain, because the best plan is the one still running in month six
Protein prioritised at every meal, the strongest natural appetite control there is
Your staples kept, portioned, and paired smartly rather than banned
Eating out, weddings, and festivals planned into the strategy in advance
Habit systems reviewed at every follow-up, because motivation fades and systems do not
Common mistakes

What keeps people stuck

All-or-nothing weeks: perfect Monday to Thursday, written off by Sunday
Tracking only the scale, which fluctuates daily with water and salt
Cutting protein along with calories, guaranteeing hunger and muscle loss
Punishing a bad meal with a skipped one, which starts the binge cycle
A day on the plan

What eating right can look like

An illustrative rhythm, not your plan. Yours is built from your reports, your kitchen, and your routine.

Morning

A filling, protein-anchored breakfast that ends mid-morning snack raids.

Lunch

Your normal thali, portioned and ordered so it satisfies without the post-lunch slump.

Evening

A planned snack standing guard over the most dangerous hunger window of the day.

Dinner

Lighter and earlier when possible, with protein and vegetables leading.

Every plan works alongside your doctor's treatment, never instead of it.

How it works

One to one, with a follow-up every day

First consultation. A detailed one to one review of your history, reports, medicines, and eating pattern.
Your personalized plan. Built from your own kitchen and adjusted for your condition and prescriptions.
Daily follow-ups. A check-in every single day on WhatsApp, so a doubt never waits till next week.
Progress in reports. We measure success in repeat lab work and habits that last, not just the weighing scale.

Common questions

Weight loss questions we hear every day

How much weight can I realistically lose per month?

A steady 2 to 4 kg per month is realistic, sustainable, and mostly fat rather than water and muscle. Faster than that usually means muscle loss and rebound. We optimise for the weight that never comes back.

What about keto or intermittent fasting?

Both can work for some people, and both fail spectacularly when they collide with real Indian family life. We use the evidence behind them, like protein and sensible eating windows, without the rigidity that breaks plans.

What happens when I hit a plateau?

Plateaus are normal physiology, not failure. Because we follow up daily, we spot one early and adjust the plan, activity, or structure before frustration sets in.
