Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@AHealthyBeat.com with your order details.
    • If the cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund.
  • After Shipment:
    • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse the delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Returnable Products:
    • Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@AHealthyBeat.com with photos and details of the issue.
    • Upon reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement of the product or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
    • Refunds or replacements will only be processed for products that are unused and in their original packaging.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Once your return or cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • For UPI, wallet, or bank transfers, please ensure that the details you provided are correct. We are not responsible for refunds processed to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
    • Products returned without prior communication with our support team.
    • Refund requests made after the 48-hour window for damaged or defective products.
    • Non-defective items simply due to a change of mind.
