Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per the situation.

Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
