Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship our products across India. We are working on expanding our services to international destinations. Please stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer than expected, depending on the availability of courier services.

Shipping Charges

  1. Domestic Shipping (India):
    • Standard shipping charges may apply based on the location, weight, and volume of the order. Shipping charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.
  2. International Shipping:
    • At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and would like to order from us, please contact us at info@ahealthybeat.com for special arrangements.

Delivery Time

  • Order Processing:
    • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of receiving the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
    • Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, order processing may take longer.
  • Shipping Duration:
    • Within Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
    • Non-Metro Cities and Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order on the courier’s website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at info@ahealthybeat.com.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times. In case the delivery fails after these attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, shipping charges will be applicable for re-dispatching the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, external factors beyond our control such as courier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen events may occasionally result in delays.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • For damaged packages, we request you to share photos of the packaging and the damaged product with us at info@ahealthybeat.com so we can investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost after being marked as “Delivered” by the courier service.
